Andrew J. Bott leverages his 35+ years of business experience and relationships to lead our company’s sales efforts.
Andrew Bott is an entrepreneur himself, with a background as CEO and principal of a corporate hospitality and catering company, which he cofounded in 1978 in Red Bank, NJ. With multiple banquet facilities and over 400 employees, Merri-Makers Caterers became one of the leaders in the industry providing on and off premise events for the tri-state area. In 2014, he retired from the Catering/ hospitality business which he owned but, he continues to serve as a consultant to individual restaurants and caterers.
Philanthropy has always been a large part of Andrew’s personal and professional career. He has served on multiple non-profit boards: The Community YMCA, The Monmouth Medical Foundation, The Jinka Foundation, The Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance (Board Chair) and as owner of a large hospitality company, he donated business and personal resources, time and effort to many other charitable organizations.
Andrew received his B.S. degree in Finance and Economics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. He and his wife Mary currently reside in Wall, NJ and Lewes De. They have 3 daughters: Alexis, Emily and Victoria.
Peter Lair invented KEGCOLD, a portable, lightweight, flexible cooler that when ice is added the temperature of keg beer, bottles, cans, soda, tea any type of liquid, makes them “colder longer”!
Peter Lair is a small business owner which is the backbone of the American economy. He attended college in late 60’s and early 70’s but decided that practical “on the job” experience was his calling. He became a member of the International Longshoreman’s Association (ILA) as a Ship Rigger with Banks
Ship/Crane Rigging, specializing in building container cranes and moving heavy equipment on and off ships. He was recruited by a stevedoring company to supervise the loading and discharging of cargo in Port Newark & Port Elizabeth
New Jersey, Staten Island & Brooklyn New York, Houston & Galveston Texas. The entrepreneurial spirit struck in the mid 80’s and he founded a successful real estate company which he serves as CEO today.
In 2018 he founded KEGCOLD LLC. KEGCOLD came about by solving the problem of “how do you keep keg beer cold”? As a stevedore and ship rigger, figuring out how to solve problems was paramount. He came up with the design and began the process of creating a sleek, multi-use cooler to enhance a beer drinkers experience. Kegcold products are particularly useful for Caterers, Restaurants, Boating, RV users, Craft Beer Festivals and weekend BBQ Warriors He resides in Sea Girt, New Jersey with his wife Beth, has two children Allison and Tim and two grandchildren, Willow & Quinn.
Stephen R. Bott
Chief Operating Officer
Stephen has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience. Stephen has worked in various industries such as construction of residential and commercial structures. Also, he has worked in the hotel renovation industry which involved hotels such as Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott. Stephen specialized originally in modular structures all of which were in Monmouth County New Jersey. While operating his own construction business, he was responsible for all aspects from sales, design to Certificate of Occupancy.
Stephen has athletic interest as well such as Golf and Surfing. Stephen is married for 31 years to his wife Karen. They have a son named Kyle who currently attends Brookdale College in Lincroft New Jersey. They currently reside in Belmar New Jersey. Stephen his BA in business management from Virginia Wesleyan University in Norfolk Virginia.
